Do you have a creative kid? Does he or she love to paint, draw, sculpt, design,and create? Then this is the place for your child. We offer weekly classes for children ages 3 & up and each week is a new experience in art. Children explore the different elements of art such as color, lines, shape, and texture, while using a variety of art materials and techniques. We are a mixed media grab bag of art. One week we may be making something out of clay, the next week painting or creating a collage. Here at Creative Kids Place we know that creativity is a quality present in all children and we want to nurture those creative talents while letting children have fun! Creative Kids Place allows children to express themselves and explore through art while building their confidence, imagination, and fine motor skills. This is done in a comfortable and stimulating environment where each child works at his or her own ability and pace. The children use different art materials each week to make their own original masterpieces. Classes for ages 3 to 6 are two hours long, meet once a week, and class size is small. Morning and afternoon classes are available. This is a drop off program. There is also a late afternoon class on Monday for ages 6 to 8. Please see schedule page for more information. We want everyone to love art class so session fee is refundable if your child does not enjoy class! Creative Kids Place also hosts parties and has a summer camp program. We are located in Hopewell at 33 Railroad Place across from the historic train station. Let your child come explore their creative side, make new friends, and have lots of fun! |
